AIOTI Remote/Online General Assembly, 18 June
Management Board decided on its session held on 15 April, to schedule the remote/online General Assembly, that will be held via Webex, on 18 June, starting at 15.00h CET, for up to 2h. The documents and more details will follow in due time.
AIOTI Signature event IoT – driving Europe’s technology sovereignty and leadership, 29 September, Berlin – Postponed to 2021
After studying and evaluating the announcements, guidance, and news released by relevant national authorities, AIOTI Signature event, scheduled for 29 September 2020 in Berlin, Germany will be postponed to the first half of the next year. We will announce the new conference date and confirm the location as soon as possible. Speakers and registered attendees will be provided with further information. We will soon follow up on this announcement with additional details.

Experts, key players and technology solution providers from the industry, will be presenting use cases on key topics, and illustrating how solutions are impacting today’s and tomorrow’s industries. Tom de Block and the Taskforce of WG Smart Farming and Food Security provided input to the European Commission on how to manage bottle-next in food supply chain due to Covid-19 crisis.AIOTI took over the website on IoT Clusters in Europe. You can check the study on IoT clusters funded by the European Commission and more information about each cluster here.
H-Cloud (https://www.h-cloud.eu), an H2020 CSA project supporting the EC in the linking with the Cloud Computing Community in Europe, is organizing a set of webinars to discuss challenges and opportunities of cloud computing for the next work programmes spanning from research and innovation (Horizon Europe) to deployment (Digital Europe and Connecting Europe Facility 2) of cloud technologies.
The aim of the webinars is to gather feedback on the draft of the document “Cloud Computing in Europe: Landscape Analysis, Adoption Challenges and Future Research and Innovation Opportunities” developed by H-CLOUD project and help H-CLOUD to define the next steps.
