Meeting with Brazilian delegation, 28 May

AIOTI met with the delegation from Brazil, including Brazilian IoT Chamber on 28 May in Brussels. AIOTI was represented by Luis Perez-Freire, chair of WG6 (Gradiant) and Secretary-General Damir Filipovic.

The Brazilian delegation was led by the Ministry of Communications and Ministry of Agriculture. AIOTI and Brazilian IoT chamber signed MoU last year and this is continuation of good cooperation. Luis presented AIOTI and in particular points of cooperation related to smart farming, standardisation, innovative eco-systems and smart manufacturing. Brazilian delegation presented their IoT strategy and was interested in smart farming and health. This exchange will be continued by AIOTI sending note with proposals of concrete cooperation areas.
